Stay Conditions – A Lot of Cahors
Any reservation made at A Lot of Cahors, regardless of the booking channel used, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.
The booking becomes firm and final once it has been confirmed and payment has been made according to the terms indicated at the time of booking. Stays are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The stay is personal and may not be transferred to a third party.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out must take place before 12:00 pm in order to allow preparation of the property for the next guests.
Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests. This capacity may under no circumstances be exceeded.
The accommodation is prepared and equipped for your comfort. We kindly ask you to take the greatest care of it throughout your stay.
A complimentary welcome snack is offered on arrival. No breakfast service is provided.
In order to preserve the quality of hospitality and the comfort of every guest, the linen, equipment, accessories, decorative items, as well as all items present in the property, are intended to remain on site. A check will be carried out at departure.
Respect for the neighbourhood is essential to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet. Excessive noise, especially in the evening and at night, is not permitted.
The accommodation is entirely non-smoking indoors.
Pets are not allowed.
The guest agrees to use the accommodation in a peaceful manner and in accordance with its tourist accommodation purpose.
Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the stay may be terminated immediately, without refund.
A Lot of Cahors cannot be held liable for any loss of or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges having read these conditions and accepts them without reservation.
The guest agrees to comply with the house rules.
Any damage observed may be charged.
Liability
The guest is responsible for any damage he or she may cause during the stay.
The owner declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the personal belongings of the occupants.
End of stay
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of use.
The guest agrees to return the keys according to the agreed arrangements.
